In September 2009, alan released her 10th single BALLAD ～名もなき恋のうた～, which is the theme of a movie by the same name. Fans have taken a disliking to the single, but it is just as melodic and beautiful as all of alan's other ballads. The single also includes a rerecording of 2008's digital single 幸せの鐘.
